I build the software,then I run it.

Four products in production. AI voice agents that call real customers, automations that run unattended, and the apps underneath them.

What I do

Four things, and they keep turning out to be the same thing.

Systems that carry on working after everyone has gone home — and the guardrails that stop them doing the wrong thing quickly.

Voice AI calling

Outbound AI voice agents that call a new lead, answer its questions and qualify it before a human ever picks up.

Telnyx-powered, running in tickOver today.

AI agents

Agents that hold a task from spec to shipped — with the plan, the scope and the stopping condition written down first.

PhaseBoard exists because agents needed a board of their own.

n8n automations

Self-hosted workflow automation wiring messaging, billing and ops together, with send-safety guardrails.

Quiet hours and opt-out enforced before anything dials.

Web & mobile

Full products. Native apps, booking engines, payment rails, and the migrations nobody wants to own.

React Native, Next.js, Postgres, self-hosted.

Lead-to-booking platform

tickOver

Every lead, followed through.

Local service businesses lose enquiries in a busy inbox. tickOver captures the lead, follows up across SMS, WhatsApp and email, puts an AI voice agent on the phone to qualify it, and takes the booking — one path, running in the background.

PhaseBoard

Humans and AI agents, working the same board.

Agents do not click. PhaseBoard is a board with a REST API and an MCP server behind it, so an agent picks up a task, moves it through the pipeline and leaves its work in the trail under its own name — as a principal, not a plugin bolted to the side.

Multi-sport booking

FR Sports

Book your court in seconds.

Indoor cricket, futsal and padel across Pakistan. Availability is not a calendar — it is a calendar crossed with pricing rules, memberships, coupons and a wallet balance, and any one of them can make a slot bookable or not. The rules live on the server; the app renders the answer.

Loyalty for small business

Tallyr

Every visit counts.

Digital stamp cards that live in a customer’s phone. It works exactly like the paper card the shop already uses, which is the point — the cafe changes nothing about how it serves people, and stops printing cards that end up in a bin.

How it runs

A lead arrives at 9:14pm.Nobody is awake.

This is the path it takes. It is tickOver’s, and it is the shape of most of what I build: a system that keeps working when the person who owns it has gone home.

1

Capture

Lead arrives

A Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad lands and becomes a contact instantly. No inbox, no copy-paste, no waiting for someone to notice.

2

Guardrails

Automation kicks in

The workflow sends the right SMS, WhatsApp or email — and respects quiet hours and opt-outs, so nothing dials a stranger at 3am.

3

Voice AI

AI voice agent calls

An outbound agent rings, answers the obvious questions and checks the lead is a genuine fit. It talks like a person and it never gets tired at 40 calls.

4

Convert

Booking confirmed

The qualified lead picks a session on a public booking page and locks in a time. The business owner wakes up to a filled slot.

In production

Not prototypes. Four live products, two countries, real customers.

How I work

Four rules I have not managed to talk myself out of.

Write the plan down first

Not because it is tidy. Because it is the cheapest place to find out you were wrong, and because an agent can only act on what is written.

Ship the thin slice

One working path end to end beats six half-built features — and it tells you which of the six were never needed.

Own the infrastructure

Containers behind a reverse proxy on hardware I can SSH into. Being able to fix it at 2am beats not thinking about it.

Say when it will not work

The most useful thing I have told a client is "this is a database query, not a language model". Nobody wants to hear it; everybody needs to.

Something that needsto run itself?

I take on a small number of builds and advisory engagements at a time.
